“I called Monique during a very difficult time in my life and told her I needed to sell my 3000 sq ft. home and find a small condo to move into as soon as possible. I was told by many friends and acquaintances, the market wasn’t good and I was told to expect a long hard time on the market, as my home had been on the market for nearly 6 months when I purchased it during a seller’s market.
