
Rental & Relocation Specialist

Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty, the area's premier Real Estate Company, is looking for a dedicated professional to join our fast-paced team to support our Rental and Relocation Division.
This individual must have strong communication skills, be a self-starter, have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently and within a team setting. A commitment to superior customer service is a must.
Bachelor’s degree or prior sales experience is desirable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Rental & Relocation Specialist include:
• Coordinate all aspects of Rental Listing presentation
• Handle marketing of the listing (writing ad copy, taking photos, uploading listings to websites, handle all showings, process rental application and process lease)
• Handle Rental Search Program (assess housing needs of individual, research current rental listing, set appointments and agenda, and transport individual to all prospective rentals)
• Handle all administrative duties for rental department
• Provide administrative support for Relocation and Home Services
• Must be flexible for evening and weekend rental showings
• Must have reliable car (mileage is reimbursed)
• Real Estate license not required
