What are the advantages of creating a My Page account?

Creating a My Page account gives you all the tools you need to find your next home. You'll be able to save your preferred search criteria to reuse each time you visit the site. If you find a property that you're interested in you can add it to your Saved Properties page for later review or to compare it to other properties that you're interested in. When you create a Saved Search you will automatically be notified via email of any new properties added to the market that match your criteria.

You'll also have the option of recieving our Concierge Home Services Newsletter with articles from professionals on all the details of home ownership (home improvements, repairs, market information).

Will the information I provide be shared with anyone?

Your information may be used by Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty and/or an Associate to assist you in your home buying search and to provide you information related to home ownership.


How do I save my own custom searches?

After you login to your My Page account you can begin creating custom Saved Searches. You can create a Saved Search from either the Advanced Search page, or the Search Results page. Anytime you see the blue box pictured below simply enter a search name and hit the Save Search button. Your criteria will be saved and available anytime from your Saved Searches page.


How do I receive new listings via email?

Anytime you create a Saved Search you will automatically be notified via email of any new listings added to the market that match your criteria. Simply follow the instructions above for creating a custom Saved Search.

 

I no longer wish to receive new listings via email, how do I shut this feature off?

If you'd like to stop receiving emails regarding new listings simply login to your My Page account, go to your Saved Searches and click the Delete button for each Saved Search.

 

How do I add to my Saved Properties page?

After you login to your My Page account you can begin adding homes, condos, multifamily or land to your Saved Properties page. Whenever you're looking at the detail page for a particular property you're interested in simply click the "Add to My Saved Properties" link.

 

How do I change my email address or other account setting?

To change your account settings login to your My Page account and then click the Your Account Info link.

 

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your My Page account send an email to Support@HickokandBoardman.com, with your name and email address.
