With Ernie's focus towards Real Estate he has demonstrated his abilities to being a leading representative in his market place. Shortly after obtaining his Real Estate license Ernie received his CRS designation, Certified Residential Specialist. Awarded to less then 4% of all REALTORS. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. In 2007 Ernie and his team was awarded the International Presidents Circle Award, given to top 7% of Coldwell Banker Agents world wide for exceptional sales performance. In 2008, 2009, and 2010, Ernie and his team have been awarded the International Diamond Society Award. A level achieved by only the top percentage of sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
When Ernie's not working, he enjoys boating and wake-boarding on Lake Champlain, or first tracks at the ski mountain in the winter months. Ernie loves to travel and one of his favorite spots he can be found is the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke.
