I do really appreciate your efforts in getting my multi-unit sold. Having recently moved out of state, I needed someone willing to do the running to get my property sold. From the beginning you were aggressive in marketing and getting potential buyers in to look and immediately generated offers.
Once under contract the real work began to get buildings into compliance and satisfactory to the buyer.
