Praised by clients for her personal touch and communication skills, Susan has brought her accomplished customer-service background to Vermont home buyers and sellers since 1987.
After growing up in
Morrisville, Susan attended Virginia's
Lynchburg College before deciding to enroll in the Wilma Boyd Career School in Pittsburgh, where she trained to work in the travel industry.
Upon graduating from Wilma Boyd, Susan was employed as a travel agent for the American Express Co. in Richmond, Virginia, where she arranged high-end cruise trips and European vacations for her clients. Susan next spent three years as a travel agent in Boulder, Colorado, before deciding to return to Vermont.
Choosing to put her excellent customer-service skills to use in the real estate industry, Susan received her license in 1987 and worked for three years at Morris Real Estate, which handled new construction as well as sales and purchases of existing homes. Next Susan worked at Lang McLaughry Spera for six years before joining Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty.
Patiently guiding clients through the process of selling and buying is key to Susan's approach. “The goal is to create a win-win situation,” Susan notes. “I'm here to guide clients, and I want them to be pleased with their purchase and sales experience.”

When Susan isn't helping clients, she can often be found skiing at
Mad River Glen, where she's a member of its co-operative ownership structure. Susan lives with her husband and son in
Williston.
