Sales across Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle and Addison counties rose 7% last year, while the median sale price for residential properties – single-family homes, condominiums and mobile homes –gained about 1%. The region last year demonstrated a healthy robust sell-to-list price ratio of 96%, while pending listings are little changed, signaling a steady stream of transactions.
