This is a rare lot. It is southerly facing, has wooded and open and seasonal brook frontage. The force main to the leech field is near the building envelope. The building site is set back from other homes and abuts the common land. Animals are permitted along with agriculture use. Located about 15 minutes from Milton Village and the Islands Exit from I89. Its about 3 miles from a public access into Lake Champlain and not far from a small local Golf Course. The common land is almost 60 acres of woods and a large field and has 2 brooks. Some historical artifacts were found in the field near one of the brooks. At the back of this lot is a thick group of mature trees that end at the top of the bank to the seasonal brook.
