Bobbe Maynes REALTOR
Named in May of 2015 as one of five "Rookie All Stars of the Year" by the Northwest Vermont Board of Realtors, Bobbe Maynes is a known community leader and marketing/communications expert. She brings that experience to her work with home buyers and sellers. The former Director of Communications for United Way of Chittenden County, she also served as Vermont’s first Commissioner of Tourism & Marketing and was the founder/co-owner of two local inns. After her retirement from United Way in 2012, Bobbe realized that a career in real estate was an ideal way to combine her marketing and sales skills, love of architecture and commitment to creating positive change for Vermonters.
"I have had many, many years of working directly with people to help them achieve their goals or find what makes them happy and fulfilled. Teaching, owning and operation two bed and breakfast inns, heading up the State of Vermont's Tourism Department, and being part of the executive team at United Way of Chittenden County gave me immeasurable experience working with and for others in collaborative ways. What could be more important when buying or selling a home? I bring that skill and many hours of volunteer community leadership to Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty - a socially conscience company that stands above other organizations in service to others and the real estate industry."

We cannot thank Bobbe, enough for all her efforts. She went above any expectations that we had for an agent, and made the move for our 85 year-old mother -- with 40 years of memories -- easier and without worries. Bobbe negotiated hard for her client, coordinated the move, helped sell excess furniture, and became a friend for life! With no hesitation would we recommend her as an agent. We would be happy to always be a reference for Bobbe.

Bobbe was incredible through the entire home buying process. She was always quick to respond to my frantic questions and knew exactly what to say and do every time. Not only did we get one of the best real estate professionals I know but I can honestly say we also gained a friend.
- Kathleen & Chris Rivard, Hinesburg
Bobbe consistently went above and beyond with attention to detail, knowledge of the area and the process, and helpfulness with matters not within a broker's normal scope of work made this by far the best agency relationship we've ever enjoyed. We couldn't have been more pleased & give her our highest recommendation.
- Joe & Karen Lambert, Colchester
Bobbe and Robert could not have been more attentive and action oriented toward the goal of selling our home. Their professionalism was top-notch! We thank them, and their amazing team, for all the work to get our house well positioned to attract the new owners. We have not stopped touting the work done by the Maynes team!
- Susan & Jerry Martin, Grand Isle
Bobbe is in every way a professional and is attentive to detail and the needs of her clients even before they know they have needs. She is friendly and easy to work with. She makes the selling and buying process (both of which are cumbersome) easier. The professionalism that emanates from Hickock and Boardman is without exception as always. We could not be happier with our process and would recommend and be her client again.
- Karen & Neal Robinson, Essex Junction
Bobbe was amazing to work with. She was extremely personable and professional to work with! Bobbe really made our buying process fun and exciting even when dealing with a very difficult seller. We truly have a life long friend in Bobbe!
