George Black
REALTOR
After spending seven years in the hospitality industry training and installing software around the globe, George is very excited for his next chapter in life - a career in Real Estate. George brings a wide range of applicable skills to home buyers and seller. Often referred to as the "fixer," he has the ability to take break down complex projects into manageable tasks in pursuit of the overall goal. Just like converting an entire business system, purchasing or selling your home doesn't happen without a significant amount of planning and paperwork. George's goal is to lay out the process from the beginning and explain all the moving parts to guide his clients to achieve their goal. He has successfully done this for previous customers with great satisfaction in the United States and internationally. George has experience training people from all backgrounds and learning types, new to expert users, through different time zones and all times of day and night. He prides himself on patience, repetition and asking questions to ensure understanding. This will be a great fit for working with buyers and sellers whether it is their first experience, or they are seasoned expert in real estate. One thing he has learned in this journey is there is always something new to learn for all parties involved. George is the fourth of six kids and is most comfortable when juggling many people and tasks. He starts with a clearly defined plan of action but understands all plans deviate and is flexible and open to change. He is also quick react to changes and adjust accordingly. The mantra he lives and works by is "Together we will get through this, we always do. And let's not forget to have fun along the way!" George grew up in Lamoille county, attended Stowe High School and graduated from Johnson State College in 2009. He is excited to be back full time in Vermont but is most enthusiastic about working alongside his little brother, John.
