Greg Larsen REALTOR
After a 30-year career in Massachusetts residential and commercial sales, leasing and asset management, Greg Larsen is now applying his real estate expertise to residential real estate at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. Greg’s focus in MA was the biotech, software and other high-tech sectors, culminating in a stint as a Dana-Farber Cancer Institute real estate manager. His success has always been fueled by a deep understanding of market inventory, a solid pulse on market values, and connections with a wide variety of real estate owners and users.
With family in Burlington and a “fixer-upper” vacation/income property near Jay Peak, Greg and his wife and son realized their goal of moving to Northwest Vermont. As a REALTOR with Hickok & Boardman, Greg’s ability to assess real estate properties both quantitatively and qualitatively is valuable to home buyers and sellers. He enjoys helping clients and customers evaluate important non-financial factors of choosing a home like nearby amenities, energy efficiency, building technology, and commuting patterns along with strictly financial considerations.
Greg is passionate about volunteering and giving to non-profit organizations. He supports a variety of local Vermont organizations, such as the Intervale Center, Run VT, Dragonheart, Rebuilding Together, and others. Like many Vermonters Greg leads an active life outside the office. A singer-songwriter and musician, he performs on guitar and bass in solo and group settings. Greg is also an avid downhill/backcountry skier and enjoys biking, swimming, paddle boarding, dragon boating, surfing and kayaking.
