Heather Scott REALTOR
A lifelong resident of Franklin County, Heather Scott started her career in the family’s business, Champlain Door. Working alongside her role model and father, she excelled in developing long-term relationships with contractors, customers and vendors alike. After many years in the construction field, Heather realized her skills were best suited in an industry where she would connect directly with clients. She thrives on learning about people’s needs and guiding them to solutions. “Dreams happen at home – but the most important part of the home is the people who live there,” states Heather, “My goal is learn, understand, and guide people on one of the greatest journeys of their life – a place to call home.” Heather chose to build her real estate business at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty – a Firm that mirrors her personal values for doing the right thing and providing exceptional services to their clients. Heather is most proud to be working within the community she grew up in. Ask her about Franklin County and she lights up with enthusiasm and pride for the revitalization of the downtown, vibrancy of the business climate, and the excitement of helping buyers and sellers call the area home. Heather resides in St Albans with her daughter and husband, Joe.
