A REALTOR since 2006 and BROKER since 2016, Ivy’s real estate career began as an Agent Assistant at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman before turning her focus to work with Clients throughout Northwest Vermont. Committed to education and exceptional service, she received her Broker’s License in 2016. A resident of Ferrisburgh, horse owner and competitor in barrel racing, she developed her real estate expertise in familiar territory and has made a niche - working with Sellers and Buyers of equestrian property, small farms, and rural property. Her natural instinct is to advise Sellers on how to best position their property for sale. She is passionate about helping people, and understands horse keeping and ownership well enough to be an asset in their sale or purchase. Ivy is equally as excited about working with first-time home owners. An investment property owner herself, the idea of working with someone who is excited about their first home is "the best part of the job," she says.
When not competing in a barrel race, rodeo, trail riding, or hanging out with her family, rescue dog, Honey and cat Myrtle, you’ll find Ivy volunteering and heading up the Annual Big Change Round Up Benefit Gymkhana in New Haven or standing in as a tutor for students at local high schools.
Prior to real estate, Ivy was a high school teacher. Her teaching skills, patience, communication style, and knack for answering questions clearly have helped her excel as a REALTOR.
