Jodie’s love of architecture and homes goes back to the days she would study her fathers’ building plans sitting at the kitchen table as a young girl. Many of the brick buildings throughout Hanover and Woodstock were built by her dad and grandfather. She always dreamed of working in the industry, starting her career in business management. After unexpected life events, she returned to school at the University of Vermont to become a pediatric dental hygienist - spending nearly 30 years at Timberlane Dental. Her natural ability to connect with young patients, particularly those with special needs, is a source of pride. Colleagues and parents trusted her to provide skilled care and empathy.



With the support of her husband and daughter, now in her 20’s, Jodie recognized it was time to pursue her lifelong passion to be in real estate. A detailed and thorough person, Jodie can connect with people to assure them during stressful situations. As a cancer survivor, she learned to process complicated information by disseminating it to smaller portions, helping to understand and prioritize her care.


When not working with clients, you’ll find Jodie on the mountains and recreation paths, enjoying what makes Vermont one of the greatest places to live. Jodie lives in South Burlington.
