href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/grand-isle-county.html\">Grand Isle County\u2019s residential sales<\/a> have increased. Grand Isle has the fewest number of sales among all our four counties in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont-property-search-results\/status_active_active-with-contract\/advanced.html\"> northwestern Vermont<\/a>, so sales data can be affected by just a single or few high-priced sales.
