This resulted in a slight uptick in the median sale price. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/special-markets\/condos-townhomes-sale-addison-county.html\">Condominium<\/a> sales are minimal in this county &#8211; a total of 17 sales in 2018 \u2013 therefore statistics can be affected by a slight a change.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buyers are attracted to the relative affordability compared to neighboring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/chittenden-county-real-estate.html\">Chittenden County<\/a> \u2013 along with the quaint <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont-property-search-results\/quick.html\">Vermont<\/a> feel of restaurants, galleries and small shops that make up the downtowns of many of the towns in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county.html\"> Addison County<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Topping the list of closed sales in the county were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/middlebury-real-estate.html\">Middlebury<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/bristol-real-estate.html\">Bristol<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/ferrisburgh-real-estate.html\">Ferrisburgh<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/monkton-real-estate.html\">Monkton<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/vergennes-real-estate.html\">Vergennes<\/a>. This increase is a result of an increase in the number of units sold \u2013 which rose by 50%.
