The number of single-family <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/recently-sold-vermont\/addison-county.html\">homes sales<\/a> declined by 27 units, while the number of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont-property-search-results\/7-dom\/advanced.html\">new listings<\/a> on the market dropped by 26 units. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The median sale price increased by nearly 4% in 2023, with a cumulative increase of 42% since 2020. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/panton-vermont-real-estate.html\">Panton<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/leicester-vermont-real-estate.html\">Leicester<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/weybridge-vermont-real-estate.html\">Weybridge<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/cornwall-vermont-real-estate.html\">Cornwall<\/a> posted significantly higher median sale prices than the county median of $404,000.<\/p>\n<p>Middlebury, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/bristol-real-estate.html\">Bristol<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/ferrisburgh-real-estate.html\">Ferrisburgh<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/monkton-real-estate.html\">Monkton<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/orwell-vermont-real-estate.html\">Orwell<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont\/addison-county\/vergennes-real-estate.html\">Vergennes<\/a> proved the most popular with the greatest number of sales, however far fewer new
