While the number of homes sold dropped 23%, this is not a reflection of demand, but a result of the shortage of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hickokandboardman.com\/vermont-property-search-results\/7-dom\/advanced.html\">new listings<\/a>. A median sale price increase of almost 8% is on par with the rest of northwest Vermont.
