Sybil Dunne

Sybil leads Marketing & Innovation at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, where a strong foundation of integrity, collaboration, and results-driven thinking guides the work.

Since joining the firm in 2004, she has built an in-house marketing program and team that covers everything from digital strategy and advertising to design, branding, and technology integration. The goal is practical: give Agents and clients the tools they need to compete and succeed in Vermont’s market.

Over that time, the company has grown into one of the state’s leading brokerages, with more than 100 Agents and staff, with offices in Burlington, St. Albans, Vergennes, Montpelier, and Waitsfield. The company is also recognized among the top 30 Coldwell Banker Companies nationwide.

Sybil stays closely connected to the community, serving on the Hello Burlington Advisory Board and supporting organizations like Mercy Connections. She has also spent years mentoring the next generation as Board Chair for Girls on the Run and as an Adjunct Professor at Champlain College.
Before joining the firm, Sybil held leadership roles with the State of Vermont, including as Deputy Commissioner of Tourism. Her work coordinating statewide marketing initiatives was recognized nationally as a model for other states. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade as Director of Marketing for University Mall, earning certification from the Council of International Shopping Centers.

Across every role, Sybil focuses on building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering meaningful results—for clients, for Agents, and for the Vermont community. On weekends, you’ll find her enjoying the best things about Vermont – country roads, recreation paths, Lake Champlain, farm-to-table restaurants, live music, and breweries!
