Codie Lowney
REALTOR
Growing up in the Barre-Montpelier area, Codie was always surrounded by family, where cousins were like siblings and her entire family living close by. She attended Johnson State College, mapping out a path that combined her love for the outdoors and creativity. Codie earned a degree in outdoor education, psychology, and sociology. After graduation, she moved to Bozeman, Montana, working in childcare and as a ski instructor, while she explored and experienced big sky country.
After returning to Vermont, Codie worked for several years caring for children - as an art teacher for home-schooled children, providing one-on-one instruction, and as a behavioral interventionist for an area non-profit. She loved the creativity of the work and helping to make a difference to the kids. Meanwhile, she balanced a part-time job working at a restaurant. Eventually, the restaurant required more time, as she was promoted to manager.
Codie pursued her real estate license, determined to have a career that tapped into her management skills, creativity, and help make a positive difference for someone. She quickly realized her impact as she guided clients to become first-time homeowners and represented a relative in the sale of their property. In 2022, Codie moved her real estate business to Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, recognizing the depth of support and resources the firm could provide her clients.
Codie and her husband, Chris, chief of operations with Farm Hill Builders, live in Cambridge with their dog, Mason. When not working, you can find them hiking, skiing, or planning out their next home.
