Jenna Pugliese

Jenna Pugliese brings a thoughtful, community-minded approach to real estate, shaped by a deep love for Vermont and a professional background in sustainability, planning, and economic strategy. A central New Yorker by birth, she has spent over half her life exploring Vermont’s mountains, lakes, ski trails, swimming holes, and chasing sunsets, calling both southern and northern Vermont home.


Before real estate, Jenna built her career in environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, including climate action work with Stratton Mountain and VEIC. She also served as the Planning Commission Clerk for the Town of Stratton, gaining firsthand insight into how Vermont communities evolve, how land-use decisions are made, and what truly drives long-term property value. She earned her BA in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and holds a certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Vermont.


Real estate became personal in 2014, when Jenna purchased her first home after taking her father’s advice: “Why pay someone else’s mortgage if you can pay your own?” That experience shaped her client-first philosophy; real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about finding the right fit for each stage of life. Known as a natural connector and strategic thinker, Jenna helps buyers and sellers navigate complex decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.


She has a soft spot for Vermont’s architectural character, from post-and-beams to witch windows, bringing firsthand experience from restoring her 1930s farmhouse. Today, she works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Chittenden County and beyond, delivering data-driven decision-making, standout marketing, and a smooth path from listing to closing.
