I worked with Theresa for the sale of my two duplexes. She was hardworking and steadfast. Theresa was always available to answer questions and she was very aggressive and persistent when it came to the submitted offers. I have met someone who can help me on all my future real estate endeavors and discovered a true friendship.
Theresa was FANTASTIC as our Realtor for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new place. She went WAY above and beyond and we couldn't have done it without her. We are super happy with the customer service we received from her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else!
Theresa Ferrara was the best choice for us, because she took the time to understand what we wanted and needed out of a home for our family. All aspects of our home buying purchase went as smoothly as possible, therefor we would recommend Theresa to any potential homeowner.
Theresa did a fantastic job for me. My purchase had a low purchase price but she treated me like a million dollar customer every step of the way. She gave me good counsel, was a gem to work with, never rushed me yet was always completely on top of everything. This is the third home I've purchased in my life, so I'm not a beginner, and I'm completely happy with everything she did for me. I really don't think there is anything else I could have hoped for in a realtor. I would recommend Theresa to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Theresa is what real estate agents should be - friendly, organized, detail oriented, focused, not greedy, not pushy, looking at the big picture and not just trying to close a sale. It isn't easy to be a good real estate agent as there is so much pressure on any sales person to close sales but unfortunately many sales do not work out in the benefit of the buyer or seller as much as the agent. A good agent will try hard to put themselves in the position of the buyer or seller who could be making a financial mistake. I have had competent real estate agents in the past but a really good agent will encourage a prospective buyer to keep looking or continue to take offers if they truly think that is what is best for their client. An excellent agent will know more about the market than their customer and will need to share this information. Of course the customer is responsible for their own decisions but I feel that if I had had Theresa as my agent I would not have sold a previous condo at the price I did - I believe she would have found a way to encourage me to wait and get the best price possible. Theresa's' experience in other careers is of great benefit to her. She is a true professional and a very intelligent and hard working realtor. Anyone is lucky to work with her.
The experience of selling my home was difficult due to having it for over 28 years - emotional to let go but necessary. Theresa was so caring and made the selling so much easier for me. I not only had a friendship with her but a trust that you need when selling something you are very fond of.
