Born and raised in Burlington, Vermont, Will Hurd grew up in a family where his parents were Realtors. Whether assisting his mother with open houses or tagging along with his dad to showings, Will saw the commitment and level of expertise it took to be a successful Realtor. He always believed there was no greater career than helping someone realize their dream of homeownership.

After graduating from college, Will established many connections in the community and created partnerships while working for the University of Vermont Athletic Department before moving to Colorado. While living in Denver, he worked as a technical recruiter, assisting companies in identifying exceptional candidates for many high-level IT positions. Feeling the impact of his expertise in helping people through life-changing decisions, he decided to pursue his dream of a career in real estate. After a few years as a licensed real estate salesperson in Denver and helping others find the home of their dreams, Will decided his own home was back in Vermont. In 2022, he returned to Burlington to join Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman.

Will values the strong sense of community the area provides. His experience and local market knowledge will help clients successfully navigate the sale or purchase of property with confidence and ease. When not educating buyers and sellers, you'll find Will and his fiance Katie outside with their Goldendoodle Bodie, cooking BBQ on his smoker and enjoying Lake Champlain.
