Training & Risk Management Director

Cait Taylor joins Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman as Training and Risk Management Director. In this new role, Cait will provide critical support to our Agents through education, compliance guidance, and practical resources, strengthening both our service to clients and our commitment to reducing risk in an increasingly complex real estate market.

Cait brings an impressive background in both law and REALTOR® education. A graduate of Pace University and the New England School of Law, she is licensed to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts. She began her career with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), where she served as Director of Education and Associate Counsel—designing and leading statewide programming while advising REALTORS® on legal matters.

Since relocating with her family to Vermont in 2021, Cait has continued advancing professional real estate standards. She has served as an approved continuing education instructor for the Vermont Association of Realtors® through the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation. Cait most recently worked as a real estate attorney with Gale Legal Group. In her practice, she represented clients in various real estate matters, further sharpening her knowledge of the issues facing today’s buyers, sellers, and Agents.

Cait is recognized for her approachable teaching style, sense of humor, and ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance. These strengths, combined with her passion for real estate, will ensure that our Agents continue to deliver exceptional client service while operating with the highest professional standards. Outside of real estate, you’ll find Cait and her family hiking with their dogs, skiing the slopes, and enjoying all that Vermont has to offer.
