A Vermonter born and raised, Kaity earned her degree from the University of Vermont and has built a career centered on people, operations, and service. She brings a strong background in human resources, with experience in both the hospitality and medical industries, where she developed expertise in employee support, compliance, and organizational operations.


Now in her fifth year at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman, Kaity combines her HR experience with a strong understanding of the local real estate community. Rooted in Vermont, she values the connections that make local communities thrive and enjoys exploring new areas of Vermont and traveling with her family when she’s not at work.
