With family roots in Monterey, California, Olivia grew up surrounded by real estate professionals—an early influence shaping her career path. After earning her degree from California State University, Chico, she began her career in escrow before moving into transaction management, coordinating hundreds of real estate closings across California through virtual systems developed during the pandemic.

In 2023, Olivia and her fiancé relocated to his hometown in Vermont and quickly settled into their new community. After working with one of Vermont’s most iconic brands, Darn Tough Socks, she fell in love with the sense of community, access to the mountains, miles of trails, and the rhythm of Vermont’s four seasons. Now settled in Burlington and a homeowner herself, Olivia combines her extensive real estate background with a deep appreciation for the Vermont lifestyle and community she now calls home.
