We Ranked the 8th Best Small Company to work in Vermont!
Coldwell Banker Hickok and Boardman was recently recognized among the 50 Best Places to Work in Vermont. This awards program was created by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Vermont State Council, the Vermont Department of Economic Development and Workforce Research Group with the goal to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the state.
The two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Vermont consisted of an evaluation of each nominated company's workplace policies, practices and demographics, which was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation and an employee survey, worth approximately 80%, to measure the employee experience.
