Jenn Brayden brings a real estate perspective grounded in hands-on investment experience and a deep understanding of the Vermont market. Over the last 8 years, she has built and managed a diverse portfolio across the Mad River Valley and Greater Burlington area, including short‑term rentals and multi‑family properties. Many of these have been fixer‑uppers, requiring vision, creativity, and a clear long-term strategy. Experience that shaped how Jenn evaluates every home she works with and tailors seamlessly to the goals of her clients. 

A UVM graduate raised outside Philadelphia, Jenn spent several years working in adventure travel, exploring the world and connecting with people from all walks of life. Those experiences shaped her strong interpersonal skills and relationship first approach. She later carried that foundation into leadership roles where she led and mentored teams nationwide with a focus on clear communication and trust. Today, Jenn applies that same leadership, empathy, and vision to real estate.

Jenn understands that every transaction is tied to something bigger – a financial goal, a life change, or simply the right next move. It’s that belief, and a commitment to making sure every client feels heard and supported, that turned a longtime passion into her full-time career. After 20 years of calling Vermont home, Jenn knows this state the way only a local can.
