Rose Polyakova

Rose brings a solid foundation in finance and hospitality to her current role: helping folks buy and sell homes and investment properties in her adopted home of Vermont. A native of Washington, DC, she earned her BA in International Affairs at The George Washington University. She worked with consumer and business clients to find the best investment and credit solutions for unique needs in one of the world’s most trusted financial institutions. After a semester of business school at the University of Maryland, she opted to become an entrepreneur herself.

Her love of running a half-marathon in each of the fifty states brought her to Vermont. Smitten with the natural beauty and warm people, she and her husband bought and operated Heart of the Village Bed and Breakfast in Shelburne. For the last twelve years, she has shared her home with guests from all over, learning about each guest and guiding them to the experience they envisioned. She has visited and run at least a mile in each of Vermont’s 251 towns. Living and operating in an 1886 Queen Anne Victorian building has enhanced her respect for the craftsmanship and uniqueness of historic properties. She is excited to join the best team in Vermont and help guide her clients home.
