Killdeer Lane in Alburgh is on the way to the Dunes of Alburgh State Park. This is where Vermont's longest natural sand beach is at 1.5 miles long. The Dunes is a very special place with over 600 acres. This lot is 177 feet on Lake Champlain with a moderate 15 foot elevated shoreline. This is a very private location. You can build your dream home in a 40x60 area at the 100 foot mark from the lake. There is now a 4 bedroom septic design accompanying this lot. It is just beautiful with Westerly views, nice water quality; and very low density. Unlike many places now on the lake which are crowded, there are no immediate neighbors on Killdeer Lane.
