The house sits on 8.53 acres and there are 2 other parcels available if interested for a total of 55, inquire for more information. This house has some significant foundation issues, attached is unbranded video 2 to demonstrate. Cash or a construction loan will be required.Here are the estimates for jacking the house and installing a new foundation. I thought that these might be helpful. Unfortunately, we only have a verbal estimate of the cost for the excavator (Grimes, Inc., in Morrisville), who would be responsible for part of the demolition work, preparing for the new foundation, and installation of a drainage system: $28k. So, the total estimated cost for replacing the house foundation is $93k = $35k (jacking) + $30k (concrete) + $28k (excavator) plus carpentry work, foundation waterproofing (around $700 per Jason Mace, Vermont Pressure Seal, Inc.), and the other exclusions included in the attached estimates. The carpentry would include installation of a framed (exterior) back wall and a framed wall for the portion of the foundation that abuts the addition (on the east side), removal and replacement of the deck, and removal and replacement of a 7 to 8 ft. section of the porch that abuts the original port
