Surrounded by real estate and the service industry her entire life, Lilly Boardman is proud to work alongside her father, Brian Boardman, as a REALTOR®. Helping buyers and sellers envision their next home is more than a career for Lilly—it’s a lifelong passion.
After earning a degree in Community Development and Green Design-Build from the University of Vermont, Lilly apprenticed with multiple premier builders. Her hands-on experience in carpentry and remodeling—from foundation to finish—gives her a practical eye for evaluating homes and guiding clients through their potential.
Born and raised in Burlington, Lilly now resides in Stowe, where she runs a successful Airbnb and is actively involved in the community. She contributes to the Stowe Trails Partnership, a nonprofit focused on building and maintaining sustainable trails, reflecting her deep connection to both place and nature. Lilly embraces the outdoors year-round—whether she’s backcountry skiing, fly fishing, or mountain biking. Known for racking up more than 100 ski days each season, she brings the same energy and dedication to her work. As a former competitive swimmer and certified Level I CrossFit instructor, Lilly approaches every aspect of her life with focus, enthusiasm, and drive.
